Playwriting workshop with Abigail Jane

In this workshop, you’ll learn what makes playwriting distinct from novels, screenplays, or poetry, and some tips and tricks on how to tap into writing for live theatre. Abigail Jane will also share some industry experience and how to get your play from page to stage.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Bio: Abigail Jane is an American expat playwright particularly passionate about collaboration and creative development. She studied Creative Writing and Theatre at Seattle Pacific University and received her Masters in Playwriting from St. Mary’s University. Notable works include FRANCESCA, AN ORIGINAL MUSICAL (2016, Nickerson Studios), AGENT AGELESS S1, E9 (2020, NPA), MY BLUE SCARF (2020, Digital Commons), and FOR HER. (2021, Theatre 503).
