Join us for a quick introduction to Laban, a dance technique (although we won’t be dancing unless you really want to) whose principles provide interesting and useful tools for actors to play with when creating a character….plus it’s really good fun…
We meet up at 7:30pm for drinks before hand. The workshop starts at 8pm and costs are £1 for CADS members and £3 for non members, to cover the costs of room hire etc.
