Show Updates
Sleeping Beauty
Ellie got her message with details of the show read out on national radio (Elaine Paige, Radio 2 show on Sunday), go Ellie!
Ticket sales are going well for this stage in the process; 42, 50, 79 and 77 respectively. Currently max tickets we can sell online is set at 120 but this can be altered if ticket numbers go up lots before the show. The hall can seat 200 so selling out shouldn’t be an issue.
The rehearsals are looking good and the band is sounding awesome!
We need some more people to be ushers. At least one person needs to be dedicated to asking people collecting tickets how they found out about the show!
JOS to send email to the info list about free tickets for people willing to be ushers.
LOUISE and LUCY to ask their friends who ushered for EMS if they are willing to help again.
Lights
JOS to buy the lights the committee has agreed on via email: 2x Stairville Stage PAR 18 Tri-Color LED 3W with appropriate barn doors, £225.83.
JOS to send the receipt to LOUISE
LOUISE and LUCY to reimburse JOS for lights.
Arcadia
JOS to make sure Megan has Sally’s email address for enquiring about Redland Park United Reformed Church dates in Feb 2018 for rehearsed reading on a Saturday, 10 am to 11 pm, top room.
Promenade performance
KATE to talk to PAULA about whether this is going ahead; need to know by next committee mtg (8 Jan).
KATE to ask JAMIE Fitzpatrick if he is able to help again.
Rehearsals ideally need to start early Feb 2018, so auditions to be held end of Jan if possible. We can pus at Bad Romance and the AGM.
Socials
Bad Romance too has been fixed for Monday 15th Jan 20178 at the Lansdown pub.
The Facebook event is up and running and JOS has changed the event on the CADS web site.
Might try to organise a social 8-10 Feb to see Lucy in Puss in Poots!

LOUISE to ask Barclays why JOS has not yet been added, despite sending in ID into a month ago (by post this time!)
LOUISE to ask Barclays about the letter re Tax Residency Information and how we should respond.
JOS to ask ROB how we can change the emails ticket purchasers get so they are more user-friendly.
JOS to check the G drive for past accounts to show to LOUISE.
AGM
The Rose of Denmark has been booked for the CADS Annual General Meeting on 21 Jan 2018.
JOS to send email to info list with AGM info on, including invitation for people to stand/contest committee roles. It was believed all current members are fine to stay on if needed.
JOS to check with those committee members not present if they will stay on in 2018.
