Meeting Monday 12 August (? Lucy?) to talk about costumes. We have Ugly Sisters boots and eyelashes so far
Still looking for a sad song for Cinders, James is on the case. Sadly he vetoed Jos’s suggestion of the Smiths’ ‘Heaven knows I’m miserable now’ …Any suggestions welcome – no songs from musicals though.
We have a production team WhatsApp – no objections to committee members being added if they want to be kept in the loop as to what’s going on.
Jos had to adjust the script slightly after the read-through so have sent it out to all the cast. No one has yet asked for a printed copy.
Jos needs to email everyone and remind them to sign up as members – need to have emergency contact details for everyone before the Sept read-through.
Jos has the audition sign up sheets so will add the info into the Cast spreadsheet asap. Docs are on the G Drive.
Jos has asked Hope Chapel about availability for Saturdays for big rehearsals. Hannah only got back off hols today so haven’t had a response yet but will chase in a few days. She has previously said that if we only need it until 4 pm then there will be more availability as there are more evening bookings for Saturdays than daytime ones…
Jos to email those cast members James wants for the chorus.
Jos to meet up with Louise and draft a rehearsal schedule
We have a person interested in doing lighting but we still need a sound technician.
