Please join us for the CADS Annual General Meeting 2026, which we’ll be combining with a proposals meeting for upcoming shows. Both will be held at Racks over a lovely Sunday lunch! If you want to eat (the food is lovely) then you’ll need to pre-order a week before; details will be send out via our info list – if you’re not on it yet do join via the sign up form on the website (box on the right!).

All are welcome but please remember you have to have paid your membership fees to be able to vote – on the 2026 CADS Committee members, on approving the accounts, on ratifying the fees, to stand for election to the committee, and to vote on the show proposals.

The AGM is a great place to meet people if you’re new to the group, hear about what we did achieve in 2025, and to voice any opinions about what we should be doing in 2026. There’ll also be the opportunity to join the committee. We are always keen for new members to join the committee and bring their ideas to the table: please don’t feel intimidated! It’s a lot of fun, and there’s always lots of practical help we need.

If you have a proposal for a CADS show please send in your proposal form to chair@bristolcads.org.uk by 18th January; links to the form and further guidance can be found on our proposals page.

Don’t worry if you’re not ready yet, we’ll be having further proposals meetings later in the year, and the committee is always excited to talk through plans at our regular monthly meetings to help you get a proposal ready.
