Bad Romance: The Quickening!

You demanded it back, we listened. Fresh…ish after Valentines day to allow you to live out your wildest unfulfilled fantasies (within reason).

The premise: we give you the blurb of a god awful romantic novel (think Mills and Boon) that makes no sense and some random props to act it out with. After a short time to rehearse and block, hilarity ensues.

Previous events have included a pterodactyl high school comedy, pacts with the devil and werewolf transformations. It. gets. weird.

After exhausting most of Mills and Boon, we’ve been to the Clifton library and found some inspiration. There’s clearly someone in Clifton with a penchant for Medical romance novels that all take place at Christmas time (there’s over 6 in the very well stocked Romance section). Kinky.

Feel free to come along even if you just want to watch and don’t want to perform. But performing is very fun!
